From San Antonio: Take Hwy 90 west to Sabinal.  Turn Right in Sabinal at the only red light onto Hwy 127.  Stay on 127 to Concan.  At the Y in Concan turn right onto HWY 83 North.  Go    4 -1/2 miles then turn right onto CR 350.  Go 1 mile and B.E.N.T River Retreat will be on your right.
